About
"A reputation can take decades to build and only moments to damage."
Whether the threat comes from false online accusations, a social media campaign, workplace conflict, media attention, or a personal crisis that suddenly becomes public, the consequences can extend far beyond the internet. Careers, businesses, professional relationships, and personal lives can all be affected by how a crisis is managed in its earliest moments.
That is where I come in.
My Practice
For more than two decades, I have represented clients through some of the most personal and emotionally charged situations imaginable. As an attorney, I have spent my career helping people navigate conflict, protect their interests, and make sound decisions under extraordinary pressure. Through that work, I developed something that extends beyond litigation: the ability to analyze complex interpersonal situations, anticipate risk, and build thoughtful strategies that solve problems before they become larger ones.
Today, I combine legal advocacy with strategic reputation counsel to help individuals, professionals, executives, organizations, nonprofit leaders, and public figures protect what they have worked so hard to build.
My work is about far more than sending cease-and-desist letters.
I help clients assess reputational risk, respond to false allegations, develop crisis communication strategies, create organizational response protocols, preserve critical evidence, manage online attacks, advise leadership teams, and build practical systems that allow organizations to respond consistently and professionally when reputational issues arise.
Every situation is different. Sometimes the right strategy is immediate legal intervention. Sometimes it is quiet monitoring. Sometimes it is preparing an organization before a crisis ever occurs. Often, the greatest value comes from having a clear plan before emotions begin driving decisions.
My Approach
Every decision should support the client's long-term credibility, not simply win today's argument.
Not every online comment deserves a lawsuit. Strategic judgment means knowing when to respond, when to monitor, and when to let insignificant noise fade away.
People make better decisions when they have a plan. I work with clients to develop repeatable systems, communication protocols, and response strategies that replace panic with preparation.
Background
Because of my background in high-conflict family law, I also understand something many reputation professionals do not: reputational crises are often deeply personal. False accusations, harassment campaigns, relationship disputes, workplace conflicts, and online attacks affect real people long before they become legal matters. My experience has taught me to approach every client with discretion, empathy, and practical judgment while never losing sight of the legal issues that may develop.
Who I Serve
Whether advising a Broadway performer, a physician, a business owner, a nonprofit organization, or a professional facing a public challenge, my objective is always the same — to help clients move through difficult situations thoughtfully, strategically, and with confidence.
I believe the most effective crisis management is often the work no one ever sees. It is the preparation, planning, disciplined communication, and strategic decision-making that quietly protects reputations, preserves opportunities, and allows clients to continue doing what they do best.
You deserve a trusted advisor who understands both the law and the human dynamics that shape every crisis. That is the counsel I strive to provide.
